Rosby Guesthouse

Rosby Estate is a beautifully equipped guesthouse in Mudgee. Great for a couple of a group of friends. The main house has 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms with ensuites. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room for lots of cooks! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosby House in Mudgee.

Rosby guesthouse is truly special you will not be disappointed. The views from the property and in the grounds of the property are very special. There were 4 couples sharing the house.Our stay was very comfortable as each bedroom had a king bed and private ensuite. The fireplace kept us warm during the cold August evenings. Very thoughtful to be provided with generous breakfast supplies. All of our group was very impressed and we would love to stay again! Thank you.

Our group of 4 couples just spent 4 nights at Rosby and all were so excited when they arrived and so appreciative when they left. Perfect set up. We all had our own king rooms with ensuites and plenty of light. Centre of house has kitchen with everything needed, beautiful dinner table setup, lounge and most important a big fireplace (firewood provided). I spent hours just staring at fire. Location wise you’re out in the hills looking down over beautiful pastures, but 10 min from town and most of the wineries. We ate in every night and organised a chef for one of those. Mini bus picked us up and took us on wineries tour and dropped us at lunch the following day. So easy and not too expensive. I can’t forget to mention the chooks who delivered us fresh eggs every morning. So good. Loved everything about Rosby Homestead and will definitely go back on next Mudgee holiday (which will be when my wine cellar needs topping up).

The Rosby Guesthouse is a sublime base for year round getaways for our group of four couples. Beautifully located just a short drive outside Mudgee township, this high quality accommodation is perfectly set to face northwards and to enjoy sweeping views over the peaceful valley as far as the eye can see. The Guesthouse is configured with a brilliant floor plan for friends to enjoy both inside and outdoor living spaces in summer or winter with the welcome open fire as a backdrop in winter, while being able to retreat to private sleeping quarters with well appointed ensuites. A great stay is a given. Each year we never want to leave!
